What’s included
On-Site Nursing Presence: Dedicated licensed nurse concierge for up to 8 hours. A trained FNP available throughout your event to monitor participant wellness and respond to health concerns. Comprehensive pre-event consultation to assess medical needs and site logistics
Emergency Response Coordination: First-line response to any health emergencies; coordination with EMS/911 when needed.
Vital signs monitoring and documentation
Medication management and secure storage/dispensing per provider orders
Infectious disease precautions and isolation guidance
On-site medical supplies and basic equipment (AED oversight, first-aid kit replenishment)
Real-time communication with event leadership
Health Screening & Wellness Check-Ins: Optional individual wellness assessments including blood pressure checks, pulse oximetry, and general health conversations.
Discreet, Compassionate Support: Confidential one-on-one conversations for participants navigating health concerns or emotional needs during the retreat.
Nursing Service ensures that every participant feels safe, supported, and cared for throughout the journey.
Nurse Rose is available on-site or on-call to provide nursing presence, health monitoring, wellness education, and emergency coordination during your wellness retreat, women’s conference, faith-based gathering, or healing intensive.
